Synchent Consulting
WE'LL HELP YOU POSITION WIT AS AN INDUSTRY LEADER IN VIRTUAL AND AUGMENTED REALITY
At present we are only targeting a few entities - WIT, MassArt and the COF. Even though I'm a few years removed from serving as a CIO for Wheelock College, I know the cultures and strengths of these entities well enough to make the best possible impact as the VR/AR industry starts to blossom.
I've always admired WIT's operational and academic approaches to technology and their boldness in seeking new and innovative ways in attaining their mission statement. I believe they are the exact sort of institution that would excel at leveraging VR/AR in education, both as a potential leader in educating people about the emerging industry and having a culture that could best use it during its infancy.

POSITION WIT AS AN INDUSTRY VR/AR LEADER
As of July 2017, we are more confident than ever that VR and AR will have as much or more impact than the Internet, that it will become a ubiquitous and affordable technology that is crucial for almost all aspects of our lives from entertainment, social interaction, education and work.
For institutions like WIT it means the ability to lead the educational efforts of an emerging highly skilled workforce fluent in VR/AR solutions that could be in demand as early as 2020.
Synchent can align W.I.T. academic initiatives with the operational and infrastructure challenges of VR/AR adoption, work with faculty to design and populate VR/AR education programs, provide hardware and support for VR/AR testing and development, and reconstruct real life areas of WIT in VR for exploration, training and admission/marketing initiatives.
Most importantly we can provide a completely unique and pragmatic perspective from our blend of higher education and VR/AR experience, enough to position W.I.T. as a leader in one of the hottest emerging technologies of our lifetimes.
WHO WE ARE
Synchronous Enterprises (abbreviated Synchent) was founded in 2015 to provide guidance in the emerging VR/AR industry. One of our initial focuses has been collecting data, having completed over 300 high-end VR demonstrations for people aged four to ninety-eight. 2016 continued our data collection efforts while providing consulting for academic clients - it's also the year we identified and refined our VR/AR content creation model, called 'Paradoxil', to be launched sometime in 2018. That model will feed into all of our initiatives, including our academic consulting initiative and an academic VR exchange platform which we call 'Gezant'.
For Q3/Q4 of 2017 we're seeking a few academic institutions to grow our consulting efforts, these academic efforts will be led by the founder of Synchent, Greg Banwarth.
