      <image:title>Synchronous Enterprises - ARVRiot</image:title>
<image:caption>ARVRiot is Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality IoT solution suites and is the third stage of the Lokidox project. ARVRiot will demonstrate the comprehensive data set we are collecting for our Lokidox project in the AR/VR fields and combine it with the growing healthcare IoT revolution. The Internet of Things (IoT) has the ability of connecting all sorts of devices to amass a set of data that can provide dynamic, reactionary and precautionary information. That may sound a little confusing, so let's try and break that down with an example: The IoT fridge flashes a warning on your augmented reality contact lenses as you grab a carton of milk. Bet you didn't know that part of the technology in those AR contact lenses you wear in the future where shaped by the things ARVRiot, did, did you? Oh you did. Of course you know that. Everyone does in your time. You blink once to tell your house Ai to ignore the warning; you want that milk, you just had some ridiculously delicious cookies made out of future ingredients that have zero calories and zero grams of fat but are packed with amazing nutrition. Everyone in the year 2015 hates you. That you blink 'no' to signify your intent to ignore the warning is a noted nuisance for both you and your house Ai, as it could have taken the processing power of a calculator in 1982 to figure out what you were after and that nothing in the discovered universe (and by this time, humanity has discovered, like, a lot) would stop you from your ill fated prize. You just don't like it when your house Ai predicts your decisions, it's creepy. Sometimes it is wrong though, which makes you feel better but then you realize that it very well could be sending out false positives to throw you off of the idea that your Ai can see the future. Note that you don't think it can see the future in any scientific way, but in this crazy kaleidic (that's a new word you have in the future), mystical way. Like that movie from the stone ages you watch all the time where that one guy is a detective and he gets a hold of his firefighting father in the past through a weird metal box. You know that movie where you tell everyone how stupid and inaccurate it is but you secretly are infatuated with it and cry at the end when that thing happens with the cat, right? Yeah. Anyways, when those tears start flowing, a tissue is waiting from your IoT end table. Those AR contacts are IoT devices themselves of course, and the pupilometer imbedded in them, having registered dilated pupils and a continual increase in fluid from your tear ducts that the Ai had better get some hankies up there STAT just like those little zero-calorie, high protein vegan dinner mints you consistently gorge on. The IoT kitchen trashcan registers the weight of that discarded carton 3.4 seconds later (at an initial force of five times its weight when it hits the bin) with just a wee bit less weight than was registered in the refrigerator (2.3 ounces [say whatever you want, that was not a taste, that was a swig]). Knowing that you're stubborn and frequently disregard further warnings about your increasingly poor eating habits, the Ai in your house has heuristically determined that further warnings about grabbing the 'perfectly fine' carton of orange juice (no, the orange juice really is fine - it has four more days before expiry, no funkiness is being registered on the carton's IoT sensor, nor did the temperature over the lifespan of that carton ever threaten the 'don't drink that stuff' formula your Ai uses for such terribly important things you really should be listening to). No matter, as your IoT smartwatch - - - - oh. huh. Most smartwatches are basically IoT devices. Why did't we just say 'it's like one of those smartwatches you put on yourself except not with a watch but with all sorts of other, you know, things'? Who cares! We're too deep now so let's just carry forth -- -- device uses its oxymetry, skin conductance and temperature sensors to determine what every single IoT device in your household knows - you're not the brightest when it comes to heading your Ai's warnings. That's okay, your IoT medicine cabinet has the upset stomach medicine ready to dispense and little tiny nanobots fly out of it and inject your skin without you even noticing that anything happened except for that useless warning the house Ai was throwing up at you. You showed it. Stupid Ai. How long it takes for us to reach that wonderful level of IoT utopia is irrelevant, there are immediate, more practical areas that can save and prolong human life right now. IoT has already started to draw massive interest from the medical community, where the need to monitor, treat and diagnose patients continually within the comfort of their home is integral to maintaining a good quality of life. Combining IoT with VR and AR solutions, and using the statistical data we are acquiring from the Lokidox project, ARVRiot is designed to continually monitor the health of the client, their needs and wants, therapy through emerging procedures like Virtual Environment Radiotherapy Training (VERT), physical data, emergency services and integrate those data points into the entertainment and social aspects that are coming with the VR and AR revolutions. All the pieces of the puzzle are here (save for those mints and cookies... and nanobots) right now to proactively and re-actively monitor a person's health. While work on ARVRiot has already started, we do not expect to start official services until 2016 or 2017.
